Philip.Kal

Born in 1986, Philip.kal is an internationally recognized DJ and music producer. He is an Open Format DJ, capable of performing a wide range of genres including Big Room, House, Deep House, Afro Tech House, Melodic Techno, R&B, Hip Hop, and more, adapting seamlessly to any crowd.

 

Philip.kal began his DJ journey in 2007, investing his time and resources to acquire his first DJ equipment and gradually develop his skills. Through dedication and self-improvement, he honed his craft and worked toward becoming a professional DJ.

 

In 2015, he expanded his expertise by attending classes at Gold Sound Music, focusing on DJing and music production. He also earned certification in Ableton Live mix/mashup from Mile High Sounds in Malaysia under the mentorship of Reuben Samuel, gaining advanced technical skills and performance techniques. Philip.kal performs using both CDJs and Ableton Push 2, combining traditional DJing with modern electronic production tools.

 

Philip.kal performed extensively in Malaysia at top venues mastering and showcasing his versatility across major clubs. He also DJed in China and Turkey, further refining his sound and connecting with international audiences.
